The heart of the property is the outdoor swimming pool, open all year and welcoming guests of all ages, with sun loungers, parasols and a shaded terrace beside it. Around the pool you will find a well-kept garden, a shaded wooden pergola for meals in the fresh air and a bar for a cold drink or coffee through the day.

Every room is air-conditioned and non-smoking, with a balcony, a private bathroom with shower, towels and toilet paper, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a tea and coffee maker, an iron, a dryer, a wardrobe or closet and a clothes rack. Family rooms are available, and free WiFi covers the whole property including all rooms.

A generous breakfast is served each morning on the terrace, with sweet and savory choices, fresh coffee and juices. Kosher breakfast is available. Free private parking, including accessible parking, is provided at a location nearby and no reservation is needed.

Our team speaks English, German, Albanian and Serbian. Check-in is from 13:00 to 23:00 and check-out from 10:00 to 10:30. Children of all ages are welcome and a crib is available on request free of charge. Pets are not allowed, parties are not permitted, quiet hours are from 00:00 to 07:00, and the property accepts cash payments only.
